Journal of my Mother's Death (a VSED chronicle) by Marcia Sloane
What is VSED? For those with a terminal
illness, or for those experiencing extreme
physical challenges at the end of life, Voluntarily
Stopping Eating and Drinking is a way to choose
how and when to die. A person must make the decision
to VSED for themselves – legally, this decision
cannot be made or enforced by others. VSED is
possible for those with the mental clarity and inner
resolve to make the decision and stick to it.
